My Alta HR's screen just went blank.  It is 60% charged so that is not the problem.  I tried rebooting it according to the instructions....I can feel the 3 vibrations but the screen remains black.  Although the screen is black, when I check on my app, it is still tracking steps and heart rate.  Please help!

I'd like to share with you that our Technical Customer Support team informed me that they already provided you assistance with the battery issue you experienced with your Alta HR device, therefore, I recommend you to contact them back if you require further assistance or if you have any additional questions about the outcome of your case.
