Having trouble wit my device. Fitbit charges and is fully charged, is synced to my phone and tracks my progress, but display screen is blank. Screen started to display faded and upside-down about a week ago. Tried to reboot with USB charging plug, no luck. Any suggestions is much appreciated. Thank you

Hi @JTexei As you have already tried restarting and it didnt help, it sounds like it has died. Support is your only option.

I am having the same problem with mine. Fitbit is working properly but screen is blank at all times
