  • I gave my wife this device and it doesn't fit her needs. It is the Alta HR, she likes my old charge 2 much better.  She has trouble being able to read the watch particularly in bright sun, but in general all the time.  I am wondering if I sent it to you I could get a credit on a different style?  
  • The face of my charge 2 is cracked can that be replaced?

I'm sorry they do not give credit for a different model

 

There are also no repairs. So not the face can not be replaced

 

You can talk to support to see what they can do for you. They will not see it here. Its also not wise to list a phone number and an Email address on a public forum.
