In the section for EOV I only see the title that's says high/low variations but do not see the timeline below showing the dips and spikes. Does anyone know why?

I'm afraid you only get the EOV data if you have a Charge 3, Ionic or Versa. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1876/

The EOV graph cannot zoom in like heart rate graph with timeline.

The question is answered. They wanted to know why their Alta HR did not see the EOV data. The answer is that the Alta HR does not support that function. May not be the answer they wanted but it is an answer.
