From the dashboard, I can enter an exercise, such as yoga. I enter the start time, duration time. It also asks for calories. Am I guessing at how many calories I think I'm going to burn? How would I know what a reasonable number is to put there?

Hi, @hammertyme! When you log a previous exercise, it gives you an estimate of the calories based on the type of exercise and your stats (height/weight/gender/age). It's not all that accurate. If you have a tracker, the best way to do things is just to use it.
