My Alta HR stopped associating average heart rate or calories burned to my exercise workout in my mobile app. And therefore no graphs or bar charts. Just says, “Not enough data available”. The problem started around February 28, 2020 (leap year issue?). I used the customer support chat feature and was told Fitbit was aware of the problem and working on a solution. Any timeframe for a fix?

Best AnswerI’m having the same issue and would appreciate an update on this!
Same issue. Alta HR after the most recent update stopped tracking my HR and calories burned saying “not enough data available” - so I can no longer manually enter my exercise. Fitbit help told me to logout of my Fitbit account on all devices, then restart my phone and log back in. I can’t even figure out how to logout on all devices and I don’t think that’s the issue anyway since several folks are having the same problem. This is frustrating and needs to be fixed ASAP!
Hi,
Many of us have this issue and need a real answer. Mine also stopped on or about 2/28. I have tried a reboot, deleting the app and re-adding it and nothing changes. PLEASE post a real answer to the community.
Hi. I can manually add my exercise and calories, but auto tracking doesn’t work. Tap the stopwatch icon in the top right corner and add your exercise, minutes, and calories.
I’m having the same problem! Hopefully this will be remedied soon!
Please reply to the community on this issue.
Dear Fitbit Moderator,
Why can’t one of you post the answer to this question? Exercise auto tracking has stopped for many of us. Are we waiting for a software update or did Fitbit delete that feature like SMS & call notifications from the Alta HR? Please don’t refer us all back to customer support. Most of us have been down that road. Thanks!
Best AnswerHi,
Thanks for replying. I'll check tomorrow. Hopefully, others will too.
Best AnswerI decided to tweet my issue and got a response right away. The next day everything started working again. I did have exercise times that had to be changed back to their original times, but once done everything synced.
Did yours just start working on it's own or did you have to do an update? Mine stopped working about the 6th.
