Hello,
I am getting very frustrated. I updated to the IOS 10 and I am unable to sink my fitbit alta. He has been like this for about three days. It is very frustrating. Can someone help me figure out how to reset it a different way. My iphone saids it cannot find it at all either with the bluetooth capability. Thank you

Welcome to the Forums @DataHawk and @ammitch89! Have you been able to sync your devices? Currently there's a syncing issue that our team is working on and it should get fixed with the next firmware update. You can find more information on this post.
In the meantime you can check these syncing troubleshoot tips.

Welcome to the Forums @tlopp79! Have you checked if your tracker is still on your account?
In order to check it, go to your account and see if a tracker appears on it:
If your tracker doesn't appear on your account, follow the instructions from this post in order to set up your device.

To reset press the button on the usb end of the charger and holding the button in the following intervals 2sec, 2sec, 4sec.
Actually count 1-Mississippi, 2-Mississippi.

hello, I am having the same issue with my Alta. its like my app forgot my alta, and everytime i try to reinstall my alta it gets stuck on the connection process. the four digit numbers appear on my alta, i put them into the app and it sits there trying to connect. i have done this 5 times even tried resetting my alta. turning on and off the phone is the only way you exit that screen on the app. i have also deleted and reinstalled the app 4 times. HELP!

Currently, there's no factory reset for the Fitbit Alta @OneAngelle.

@Kendal_H_729, welcome to the Fitbit family! When you restart your device, sometimes the battery drains really quick. Were you able to charge your Alta again? Is your Alta working?

@OneAngelle, try to restart your Alta if you're experiencing issues with it and if it doesn't work after restarting it, I would recommend to Contact Support.
