Hi!

I need help to do the factory reset to my Alta HR.

I have already done the restart/ reboot a couple of times but still cant connect it and sync it to my computer through the app. I cant find any information anywhere about the factory reset that the app wants me to do.

 

Please no more help to push three time in the first 4 seconds i have done that.

Although you can factory reset some fitbits, the Alta HR is not one of them. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2216/

 

Are you having problems setting up your fitbit on the computer or has it been working but has now stopped?
