Is the Feelfit app compatible with Fitbit for my Alta HR?

 

(BACKGROUND - The Feelfit app claims compatibility with Fitbit, but when I try to set Feelfit communication up with my Alta HR the "enable" button on Fitbit is grayed out. I am definitely logged on to the Fitbit app when I'm trying this.)

Thank you Wendy B.  I will try that.  I would still be interested if anyone within the Fitbit community has managed to get Feelfit app working with Fitbit specifically for the Alta HR. (or if anyone has found out they are definitely incompatible). Many thanks.

Hi Bimble, I have just tried to sync and connect my Feelfit app and info to My Fitbit app and no luck! Disunion manage to resolve this?
