I would suggest restarting your Fitbit Alta HR. You will not lose any data doing this.

Best AnswerI have tried the plug in push the button reset several times with no positive results. We sent the fitbit in for service around 2 months ago and the factory reset it and sent it back. It worked for about a week and then stopped syncing. The software on my phone updated and then the fitbit began syncing again, but has stopped once more this week. Short of sending it back to the factory again, is there anything else I can do at home to try to get the phone and the fitbit to sync?
