I recently bought a Fitbit Alta HR and trying to set up but display won't move from www.fitbit.com/setup. I have the app installed but can't even pair it to Bluetooth as it's not coming up in devices. I have tried restarting it and it is charged. What is going on.

Mine is doing this too.
I got it yesterday, and took it back this morning to exchange it and this is the second one to do it.
app on my phone says it's synced, but then it says 'update firmware available' so I try to do that and it keeps saying 'not working, try again'.
Meanwhile, the tracker/wristband continues to scroll www.fitbit.com/setup
would love to know how to fix this!

I managed to get it working by restarting my mobile device then went through set up process again.
