Hi there,
I recently bought the charger. But I realize that it is not compatible with my Alta HR watch. It is an Alta charger instead of Alta HR. Has anyone ever had this problem? Thx. J

Hi @Jdm_10 the Alta HR can't use the Alta charger. You'll need to be sure you get an authentic Fitbit brand charger as they have the restart button, which is needed to do a restart of the device. I see plenty of them on Amazon and eBay. Be sure it's returnable, just in case they send the wrong charger unit.

Adding to the post above, I recommend returning the charging cable to the place/retailer where you purchased it and please make sure they provide an authentic Alta HR charging cable.
I think you will be able to get one for your Alta HR through Amazon or any other authorized retailers. For a list of them, please click here.
