Sleep data is tracking wrong day

Hi,

I noticed that my sleep data from last night has been logged in my Fitbit as Friday's data, but it should really be Thursday's data. The Fitbit I have is an Alta HR model.

Steps I have taken already to try and resolve the issue:

  •  I consulted the Alta HR manual online and reset the Fitbit
  •  I tried restarting my computer
  •  I had an online chat with customer support. They suggested going into my Account settings and resetting the time zone.  However, when I went into my account profile, settings was greyed out and I couldn't access it. The customer service guy told me to restart my computer, but that hasn't fixed either issue (sleep log) or (greyed out settings).

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Sleep is always credited to the day you wake up, though some find that not intuitive.

If you go to bed Thursday night at 11:00 PM an get up Friday morning at 7:00 AM, that sleep is always credited to Friday.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
