Fitbit Alta HR screen won't turn on

I purchased the Alta in mid February.   

Last night I noticed the screen won't turn on when I tap it.   This morning, I've attempted multiple times to reboot it.   I can feel it vibrate, but the screen still won't turn on.

I've opened my app.  First my Fitbit hasn't synced in nearly a month, and I had to sync each day independently.   After I did that, I confirmed it is fully charged and I do have recorded  data for yesterday ABC's today.  I just cannot view my screen.

Hi @Pattyogreen,

 

You need to contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) right away.  Ask them to help you with a Battery Test.  It sounds like there is something wrong with the battery, as it should be displaying the screen properly since it has a full charge.
