Does anyone know why I can't get my fitbit Alta HR to my PC. and how to sort it. I have tried to unistall and reinstall but still no luck.

Hi @MackenzieDC It's great to see you around. Thank you for the details regarding the inconvenience with your Alta HR and for your help. 

 

In regards with the setup inconvenience, I would like to confirm if you have tried to follow the steps in this link: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, please provide the model of your PC and the version of the Operating system.
