I pulled out my ALTA to give to a friend. I was going to buy myself a new Fitbit so she and I could link up on the Fitbit site for challenges. The ALTA is synced and it’s working when it’s attached to the power cord. But, when I detach it I get nothing on the screen (by tapping or turning it towards me). I have tried pushing the button on the cord 3 times with no luck. Advice appreciated.

It seems that the Alta tracker is refusing to charge despite of being restarted so I would like to provide some additional tips to get it back on track. For this, I would suggest that you visit this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
