Fitbit Alta HR

I just bought this Fitbit Alta HR just over a week ago and it’s not tracking my heart rate. It worked for the first little bit then stops. I’ve reset it and it tracks sometimes for up to a day and then stops working again.

Hi @Kaitlyn-h  did you set it up on the app to monitor your heart rate? Click for the user manual and related help articles area. Try a restart and sync, too. Was this purchased as a new device? These were retired a while back and no longer for sale at Fitbit. I have one and love it.

Yes, the heart monitor was set up in the app. As I said it worked and monitored for about a day then stopped. If I reset the Fitbit by pressing the button on the charger 3 times it’s resets and again monitors for up to a day and stops again. I did buy it new from Walmart it was the last one but I wanted the same as what I had.

Thanks Kaitlyn
