Fitbit Alta Sleep Stages Not Working

For the last month I have been having problems with my Fitbit Alta and the sleep stages feature. My app randomly stopped recording sleep stages and doesn’t give a  sleep score. I reset my devise and it starts working for 1-2 days and then the same problem occurs. My device is only 6 months old so I don’t understand why I’m having these problems. If anyone can help I’d really appreciate it.

Hello @Kdnash86. aRT you sure that you don't have an Alta HR with Heart rate? You need heart monitoring for stages therefore you should not see stages with the Alta.. 

 

Let's open the Fitbit app and make sure heart rate is turned on. 

Then tap on a sleep in question. Your answer will be found under the sleep graph.
