Fitbit Alta Turns Off with Battery Remaining

Hello, it happens about once a week where I wake up in the morning, plug in my Alta to wake it up and turn it on, make sure it has at least half of it's battery life, and I will get to work and it won't turn on. Tapping the screen does nothing, I can't do anything through the app to wake it up, and the watch becomes useless. When I get home, I will plug it in and it's battery life is still where it was when I left, so the battery is never dead when this issue occurs. The Alta is only 2 months old.

Hi my alta fitbit is just over 2 years old. It is fully charged but keeps going off!  And i clean it too! Regards Denise Butler.
