Fitbit Alta not working

Though fully charged, blank screen as soon on as taken off charging unit. Not working

Hi @Sachi231,

 

The screen is supposed to go blank after you take it off the charger.  Can you sync your device at all?

For me the screen reamins blank all the time, it doesn't react to touch and should be fully charged already. I don't know what else to do, may the software be out of date?

@Sachi231 I was told by the Support Team that you contacted them and a case was created for you. I would suggest you to please update your case if you need further assistance or if you have questions about the outcome.
