My Fitbit is fully charged, it allows to sync, but when i put it on my arm, screen is not responding.

I'm having the same issue. I followed restarting instructions a few times. I see the screen on the charger, but when I remove it the screen no longer shows. No amount of tapping works. Last night it did not track my sleep. Frustrating!

I also have this problem with mine. I have only had it for about 4 months and it already stopped displaying. The screen shows me the battery and vibrates but wont show me my steps or any other info. This also happened to the last one I bought after a couple of months. I thought maybe that one was just defective but clearly there must be something with the design. I paid over 100$ for both and that's just too much to spend on something and only get a few months wear out of it .

I contacted customer service. They looked into my fitbit record and device, I've been a member since 2014. Since it was 3 years old, it was not under warranty. They gave me a 35% discount on a new device. I purchased a Versa 3. I suggest contacting customer service if you have done all the steps to restart it.
Since your device is new and probably under warranty, I'd contact customer service. They may send you a new one.

Mine just stopped working, too. Fully charged and synced yesterday but now screen won't display. Apparently they have decided we all need to purchase new ones ☹
