My fitbit wont work unless its plugged into its charger, wont sync to my phone and its battery always says half way no matter how long I charge it. Ive attempted deleting and reinstalling the app, reseting the fitbit and cleaning the charging port. How can I fix my fitbit?

Hi @HaleyLulw,

 

Your best bet is to contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask for a Battery Test.  There is something wrong with the battery and that test will be able to help us diagnose it.
