My fitbit HR is turning off when it still has a charge. This has now been going on for a few weeks. I've cleaned the contact points, made sure it's fully charged, but I keep having to plug it in and restart it by pushing the button 2 times. HELP!

I'm not sure if I have the HR fitbit or not but my husband got me one and it's doing the same thing.
