Hi there I have a Fitbit alta that only brought just over a year ago and it no longer works it works while it's on charge and says its fully charged but as soon as I take it off the charger it doesnt work at all. Can you get back to me on this thanks, reguards rob

Hi @Robg28 - Sorry to hear of your problem. But this forum is simply a place for Fitbit users to communicate with and try to help other Fitbit users. We cannot officially get back to you on this problem with any solution. But, you can try contacting Fitbit Support.  They can help troubleshoot the problem with you.
