Fitbit alta won't work/wake screen

My fitbit alta works whenever I plug it in and then once I unplug it, the screen will not wake or turn on. My alta was working fine a month ago but lately it has been doing this every time I use it. I have restarted it countless times but no luck. I even got so desperate I tried another alta device but the same problem is occurring. Both works fine while charging, but the minute you take it off the charger it stops turning on/waking.

This exact same thing happens to mine! It is super annoying bc I like my fitbit but even if I get a new alta it will probably do the exact same thing!!!!!

@SAMSV22 and @Kyla_Zapsic - The Alta is quite an old unit. It is not sold in the Fitbit store and is no longer supported by Fitbit, as it says at the top of this page. You can try contacting the person/retailer from which you purchased it and see if they are willing to refund your money. It may be time to upgrade to a newer device that will be covered under warranty. Sorry.
