Fitbit is set to wrong date and time.

My fitbit is set to April 2 at 12am, when it's actually June 10. The time and date on the app is correct, but not the actual fitbit. I've tried everything and it still won't change. How do I get it to the correct dat and time?

Hi, @Hufflepuff360, you will get it to the correct date and time once you sync your Alta HR with a supported device.

 

If you are having trouble with syncing, a good first step is to give your Alta HR a restart.

 

You can check the last time your Fitbit synced by clicking on the icon for your tracker in the Fitbit app.

 

If you still are having issues please post again letting us know which OS / phone you are using, whether your Fitbit has ever synced, what error messages you have seen, and any other issues.

Since the latest update, my Fitbit Versa Lite is showing the wrong day.  The right time and date but wrong day. It is showing Friday and it’s a Thursday. I have updated time zones and synced devices. Nothing is working.
