Fitbit not charging, totally dead.

Only had this 18 months. Not charging and totally dead. Couldn't help noticing a lot of other people had the same problem. Bought from John Lewis Newcastle in Oct. 2018.

Then Do a Restart

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery
