My fitbit alta is not responding after being unplugged from the charger. I have tried several things to fix it. I have plugged it into an outlet with my charger and held the button for several seconds and I tried restarting and unpairing my fitbit. I do clean it, but it makes no difference.
I'm dealing with the same problem. When the Fitbit is charging, I can connect it with the app via Bluetooth and it synchronises, everything seems normal. When I unplug, everything stops and the screen stays black. What to do about this?
