Not tracking sleep and battery is low within a couple of days of recharging.

This is exactly the same as mine, no problems ever, charged a couple of days ago then last night said that my battery was below 15% and when I plugged it in to charge within 10 mins it was at 45%i was wanting to go to bed so put it back on to track my sleep, this morning it has not tracked my sleep and today nothing tracked intact it is staying that it can not find device at all.
