how do I reset time and date etc on my Fitbit Alta HR

Unless you are talking about time zones, the only ways to set date and time is to sync;  it takes time and date from sync device at each sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It does not give me the option to sync on the fitbit app!
