Hi
Fitbit has not updated for a few days, no steps shown and calories not correct. Tried everything, Bluetooth, force stop, anyone know what's wrong.

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble to sync your data to your account.
Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
In addition, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app and make sure to always keep the app updated to the latest version available.

Hello @SunsetRunner, sorry for the late response.
Thank you for sharing that you were able to pair it back to the Bluetooth but the device is still not syncing.
Could you please also confirm which is the model of the phone that you're using to sync?

Best AnswerI was having the very same issue on Sunday eve when I discovered thst nothing had synced from last Wednesday onwards, I tried everything and no joy. On Monday morning around 11 I tried again and it worked eventually. I hope you get sorted 🤞
