Fitbit was working fine then the battery died it had the ‘!’ with the battery and then the screen went completely blank, no flashing light for heart rate underneath the device either and it won't charge either. I've tried pressing the charging cable button to reset but no reaction. Have been 'charging' it with no response (or vibration charge) for three days now. When I look on the app on IPhone ( I may add that the app updated about 2 days before this all happened) it says battery empty and also saying ‘looking ‘ for device then no device found. Essentially it’s completely dead!

Same here. I did get it to restart, then it rapidly flashed through all the screens repeatedly for about 20 minutes and then went blank/unresponsive again. Now when I plug into the charger I get nothing. It appears to have died completely.
