Fitbit was working fine then I had a look at the time and saw a completely blank screen, no flashing light for heart rate underneath the device either and it won't charge either. I've tried pressing the charging cable button to reset but no reaction. Have been 'charging' it with no response (or vibration charge) for three days now. Essentially, completely dead. 

 

Any advice. Fitbit can you help??
