I've successfully paired my fitbit alta hr with my phone via bluetooth. However, when I go to set up device in the fitbit app, I get to the screen where I enter the 4 digit code that my fitbit shows into the app and nothing happens. The app will not pair with my fitbit. Any suggestions?

Do not pair the device to the phone bluetooth. The app should be the one that uses the bluetooth to pair. First go to the phone settings and unlink the device from the phone's bluetooth. Then go to the Fitbit app and try adding the device again.

Dobrý den,
máme 2 Alta HR a jeden nejde přihlásit. Po zadání kódu se už nic neděje. Ten druhý je OK.
