I'm getting tired of this crap, since last month I've been dealing with sync problems and I tried all recommendation, restarted, pair with Bluetooth, login and log off, delete the tracker and add it as a new one, resetting the device, everything! Can't sync since last Sunday! All past week took me an hour to be able to sync but now nothing. All people complaint but CS doesn't fix the problem.

Hi Ricardo,
The fitbit app on my phone does not recognize my fitbit ever since the upgrade on the app 2 days ago. Will there be another upgrade soon to undo the problem?

CS is going to tell me to do the same thing that I already did thousand times, even I update the new version on the play store. Seems to work for a few days and today is not. I'm going to stop using it and start not recommend it to other people. Is an useless app.

I give up. I am throughing this piece of crap out in the trash where it belongs. Won’t sinc in the past few months. Followed all repair suggestions and fitbit rep tells me it is a community problem. Done and hope everyone else is. OVER and out
