My fitbit shows incorrect date and time. I changed in settings in the app but the fitbit won't sync. I tried restarting the fitbit with the button in the charger. It vibrates every time I press the button but nothing else happens. It doesn't restart too.
Please help.

Hi @Heleenadaniel,
I bet your Fitbit is restarting because when a Fitbit restarts, nothing changes on the display. If you want it to display the correct time and date, you need to sync it to the Fitbit app, and that is where your problem lies.
Since you've already restarted the Fitbit, we will skip that part. You've already changed the date and time within the Fitbit app, so we will skip that part as well. So now we're isolated the problem to the Fitbit being able to connect to the phone. Please restart your phone. If that doesn't work, please try the following:
Restart your Bluetooth
Uninstall and reinstall the app
Clear the Fitbit cache on your phone
Let us know how it goes!
