Hi....I have been given a fitbit, but cannot seem to.match it to any of the pictures. 

It's the 1 where you have to remove the watch from the bracelet to charge it....any ideas please.

Hello @Sarah153 and welcome to the Help forum.  Both the Alta and Alta HR have a clip on charger.  I think you might have a Flex or a Flex 2.  Flex manual   Flex 2 manual   Both models come out of the bracelet for charging.
