How do I know if I have an Alta or Alta HR? Anf how to I find a new charger with 3 prongs?

Hi @SallyJoy  the Alta HR would have an extra sensor on the backside for heart rate. The Alta doesn't have that. As for chargers, Fitbit doesn't make them anymore and you'd need to look on Amazon or eBay. Finding the original Fitbit brand charger might be hard, but they are out there. You don't need three prongs, but you will need the charger which has the restart button on the end that gets pluged into the computer or usb port of an outlet.
