I don't know if my watch is just Alta or alta HR. How do I know?

Hi @Lvblonde  when you go to set it up, it seems to detect just which device you have in proximity to the app. The Alta HR gives you the heart rate, so it has pure pulse on the backside of it, where lights flash.
