How do I stop "Message Failed to Send" notifications from arriving to the device?

I want to receive text notifications sometimes (when people text me), but when the "Message Failed to Send" notification comes it vibrates my tracker. How do I allow all text notifications except the text send error notification?

I'm not sure there is a way to prevent that without turning off your notifications completely.
