How to change Fitbit app photo

Can anybody tell me how to change my mugshot on the fitbit app? The only option seems to be to take a selfie!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you would like to change your Fitbit profile picture from the app, please follow the next steps:

1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap the tile with your name.
3. Tap the camera icon next to your current profile picture (tap the gear icon > Profile Photo on Android).
4. Take a new photo or choose an existing photo. In Fitbit child accounts, choose an avatar. 
5. Save your photo.

If you want to change it from the Fitbit.com dashboard:

1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click your profile picture.
2. Click Change profile pic or Upload pictures.
3. Choose a new photo.

I still cannot upload pictures from my phone to challenges or groups.  My app gives me the selfie mode and will not bring up photos on my phone.
