Havent worn my alta in awhile. How to change date?

You can't manually set the date or time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

I need help changing the time and date on my Fitbit i'm on  computer and its like 4;30 right now but it says 7;55 and the date is wrong.
