Hello @Yan.man and welcome to the Help forum.  I apologize if I misunderstand your post.  It sounds like you want to do interval training, where you move for an amount of time, rest for an amount of time, then repeat.  You need a Fitbit with an Exercise app to do interval training with vibration feedback.  The Alta HR doesn't have an Exercise app.  The Alta HR can auto-recognize several activities.  Alta HR manual

Yes this is exactly what I was talking about. Do you know which device offers that Exercise app ?

@Yan.man   All of the current models -- Inspire 2, Charge 4, Versa 2, Versa 3, and Sense have the Exercise app.  I haven't tried an Inspire 2.  I tried an Inspire HR and I thought its vibration motor was too soft.  I don't know if they improved the Inspire 2 vibration motor or not.  You also need to know that every move/rest segments can't vary within the workout.  You can't do a move 2 minutes, rest 3 minutes, move 4 minutes, rest 2 minutes, etc.  You set the move time, the rest time and the number of reps.

I hope you can return the Alta HR.  Fitbit discontinued it in 2019.  There are older, discontinued Fitbit models with the Exercise app.  I generally don't recommend older devices because Fitbit tends to stop updates when newer models are released.
