How to delete previous users steps etc??

So I have bought a second hand alta hr

... however it has the previous users steps etc still on it. How do I delete it all x

The reason it did this was because they did not sync it one last time before handing it over. Only thing you can do is sync the devise one last time to this account. Then open a new account with a different email
