Since early in the summer my Fitbit stopped keeping its charge. Very frustrating. Usually will die in the middle of the night after being charged all day. I contacted the company and was sent a link to some troubleshooting suggestions. I tried all the suggestions and even bought a new charging cable to see if that was the issue and after charging and syncing yesterday I again work up to a dead device.
I received the device as a gift in April. Not sure how good the company is at dealing with warranties. My device is no longer under warranty but does anyone have any positive experience in dealing with customer service with this company. Any chance I will get a replacement??

I bought mine in February 2019 so it should be covered by warranty but I can’t find how to claim as I’m not on Twitter. My battery dies after a couple of hours.
