I didn’t expect to be posting again after being sent a new strap for my Fitbit as it kept breaking but now I’m devastated!
My strap broken again and now I have no Fitbit at all! It has come off my wrist and I wasn’t even doing anything major; I was just shopping.

Im surprised to still read comments about the defective strap and have to say that apart from having no money after Christmas, I’m seriously thinking about ever purchasing a Fitbit altogether....do all the straps break? Surely the fault needs to be rectified!?!

I look forward to some kind of response.
