My Alta does not vibrate at ten to the hour reminding me to move. Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve tried resetting and turning it on and off but nothing works.

I realized this morning that mine is not either. Wasn't paying attention to it yesterday because I was busy with work but it's definitely not today. Just charged it for awhile last night too so it's not low battery. I don't use it for text or call notifications
