My Alta Also Died

After reading in the Forum others had the same problem I search and found how to restart my Alta.  I followed the instructions and it now appears to be charging.  I hope once charged, it will turn on.  Below is what I did.  I hope it helps others!

 

Plugged my USB cord into my computer then attached the charging end to my Alta.  

 

Press the button on your charging cable 3 times within a few seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.

 

I waited to make sure I could see it "powering" up.
