My Alta stop working

I have Alta since the end of 2018, but since August 2019 it no longer turns on despite being charged and now it only launches its version before turning off still being connected, Is there a way to fix it or should i buy another? I restarted sometimes and don't chance anything

Hi @Georlett It sounds like it has died to me, unfortunately. If restarting it doesn't help there is really nothing else you can do. Sorry
