Hi,

 

My Fitbit alt not starting, I tried all the restart options many times . It shows up full battery when its plugged it but as soon as I unplug it doenst show up the screen. While its plugged it it is even sync up. I dont think its a battery issue as after 2 days it shows the battery when its plugged in ...

Is there a network issue? I noticed connection issues this morning. Its interesting that 3 of us have the same device and are experiencing similar issues around the same time. I haven't had this device a whole year yet.
